2018 Canadian Cowboy Challenge

Finals

The Finals this year will be held at Vic Almonds Arena East of Ponoka on Hwy 53. 

This event is Invitational Top Seven in each division will be invited to take part and if a horse/rider combination can not make it the Eighth spot will be asked.

Banquet will be held at the Ponoka Legion all Riders invited to the finals will be given a banquet ticket, additional tickets will be available to purchase on our website.

 Please purchase 1 week prior to event for numbers for the caterer.  Riders if you are not attending the banquet please let us know that you will not be needing a ticket. 

Stalling will be available at $30 for the weekend with indoor box stalls.

Stalls are to be cleaned before leaving and barn is to be swept and left as clean or cleaner than we found it. 

Ribbons & Prizes for the finals will be presented to riders and their horses before we leave the arena to go to the banquet.  We are wanting pictures of Riders and their horses with their Finals hardware as our horses are a big part of the team.

High Point Awards for the year will be presented at the Banquet which will be held at the Ponoka Legion.  As this is a Legion Hats are NOT allowed in the main room, we will be allowed to wear them in the Vimy Room where we will be dining and presenting the awards.  Anytime you go into the main area you must remove your hats please be mindful of this.
